Consultant Internist and Gastroenterologist, and Assistant Professor of Internal Medicine, with more than 25 years in medicine. My clinical and research focus is metabolic liver disease (MASLD/MASH), liver fibrosis assessment, obesity-related liver disease, and the use of artificial intelligence to find patients earlier. I lead a hospital tele-hepatology service and direct a continuing medical education platform for clinicians. I am a certified Clinical Trial Principal Investigator. I teach widely, both to doctors and to the public in Arabic. Available to speak on metabolic liver disease, fibrosis staging, tele-hepatology, and building liver care services.
