Gastroenterologist and Hepatologist specializing in liver diseases, liver transplantation, and bariatric endoscopy. PhD candidate in Health Sciences and Behavioral Research, with a strong interest in metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease (MASLD), liver fibrosis, and noninvasive diagnostic strategies. Director of the Liver Chapter of the Dominican Society of Gastroenterology (SODOGASTRO, 2025–2027) and hepatologist in the National Liver Transplant Program of the Dominican Republic. Actively involved in clinical research, multicenter collaborations, and initiatives to advance hepatology research and evidence-based clinical practice in Latin America.
